Last updated: 11 October 2026 · For everyone using Print Your Card Game ("the Service").

Print Your Card Game, at printyourcardgame.com, is run by a private individual in Hungary ("we", "us"):
By using the Service — and in particular by creating an account, which asks you to agree — you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The versions of these Terms in each language have the same content. If they ever differ, the version in the language you use applies to you.
Print Your Card Game is an online editor for designing print-and-play card games and printing them at home, and a gallery where people share the games they made. You can also share 3D-printable card boxes (STL files), tips for printing, comments and likes, and suggest features.
Everything on the Service is currently free: using the editor, saving and uploading games, and downloading and printing the games others shared. We may add paid features in the future. If we do, we will announce it in advance and update these Terms first; nothing you have already downloaded will become paid, and we will never sell a game someone uploaded without that person's permission.
We may add, change or remove features at any time.
"Your content" is everything you upload or create on the Service: card pictures and texts, games, descriptions, rules, box files, tips and comments.
When you make a game public, you choose how it's shared, and it is shown on the game's page:
You may download and print the public games for your own, non-commercial use — to play them with your family and friends, for example. Any other use (selling prints, publishing the game elsewhere, changing and republishing it) needs the permission of the game's creator, unless the game's license allows it. For a Creative Commons game, its license tells you what you may do.
Don't use the Service to:
We may hide, edit the listing details of, or delete content, and suspend or delete accounts, if we believe they break these Terms, the law or someone's rights. Where we reasonably can, we tell the person concerned why. Our administrators can see every game, including private ones, but only look when it's needed for support, moderation or security.
To report content — for example a game that uses your work without permission — email us at hello@printyourcardgame.com with the link to it and an explanation. For a copyright complaint, also tell us which work of yours is affected and that you are its owner or act for them. We review every report and remove what is illegal or infringing.
The Service is provided as it is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, that saved games can never be lost, or that a printout will turn out exactly as expected. Keep your own copies of anything important. This doesn't limit any rights you have by law as a consumer.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using or not being able to use the Service, or by content other people shared. We remain liable as required by law, for example for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or for harm to life, body or health.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, and we may end the Service itself, in which case we will tell registered users in advance where we can.
We may update these Terms when the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we will let registered users know in advance, by email or on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of your country's laws that can't be waived.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most things can be solved quickly. Consumers living in Hungary may also turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) of their county, and consumers elsewhere to the consumer bodies and courts of their country.
